Only one employee his name is Naji Haji wants to help and he was busy. The rest of them treat you like you are bagging money from them. I don’t recommend US bank in general and specifically this branch. The staffs are useless.

I typically am NOT one to leave a 1 star review but this US BANKS ATM machine not only messed up my transaction but it took my debit card. I have been going through hoops just to get my deposited money back because of their atm. As well as a new bank card......I definitely learned my lesson and will be taking my business elsewhere...especially since the company as a whole has tried to take advantage of the situation and do nothing about it. This situation has been very unprofessional with the way they have handled things. I have been their customer for years too so it's very disappointing.

Very disappointed with the the manager’s attitude. On the recommendation of my daughter I decided to change banks to US Bank 4 months ago. There were quite a few hiccups because of the Covid and issues with mistakes on checks that were not the banks fault. I was always treated very respectfully and every issue was taken care of with the best customer service. However, today was the first time I have spoken to the manager and was extremely disappointed with her attitude. 😞Hello Lois, we are concerned to hear you are upset with the service you received.
