This is the worst hospital ive ever been at. They truly do not care about your needs

Waited 5 hours in the ER and they could not even give us an ETA on when we would be seen. Gave up and will try somewhere else tomorrow.

I drove 4 hours to go to a surgical consult with my Mom for colon cancer removal and was told upon arrival that either myself or my Father could not attend. The nurse said only 1 visitor per patient. I called to complain and my complaint was taken, with bo response. I called the next day, asked for the Compliance Officer and got voicemail. I stated my name, phone number and that I had a complaint and would appreciate a call back. I have still not received a response. I have witnessed firsthand, due to my work in the medical field, what happens when patient advocates are kept out of patient care. The facility did not let my Mom (the patient) know prior to the appointment that she was restricted to one visitor. The LEAST the administrative team could do is call me back. I have no use for corporate medical care.

There is ample complementary parking with free shuttle rides to vehicles. The staff are very cordial and knowledgeable. I aways have a great experience since I been coming here for many years.

Their is 1 visitor at a time I do BELIEVE.
I don't think so...I never heard of it and work at the hospital as a cna but you can drop one off or send one in with another visitor...
Is there a long-term care unit in the hospital in Greenville?
Usually its concerning HIPPA Laws they would have to have a consent signed by the patient, or the person who is requesting the call back would have to have a legal binding document naming them as Medical Proxy or Power of Attorney
U will have to call them and ask
Yes
Limit one visitor per room depending on illness. Emergency Room has strictest rules for visitors. Covid floor is no visitor allowed.
As far as I know the policy hasn't changed in the past 2 weeks since we were in the nicu but they only allowed parents. No grandparents or others
We were amazed at how much was done for my husband who was so critical. The neurosurgeons are the best. Especially Dr. danison for spinal cord injuries!!!! We've been so impressed with them. While we were there there were a lot of stroke patients that came in. I feel they got the help they needed at Vidant.
I'm not sure. I have not had a covid test
Ask for a patient representative and see if they can help.
Rehab is between the children's hospital and main hospital. There was an entrance on the same side as the children his. Less walking for you
Yes that is the main number they will put you through to operator.
Please excuse me.
I'm not sure, I think it would depend on your health insurance provider. If you or the person you are referring about do not have health insurance, you should ask.
You don't want a appointment, you want to find a better hospital, this one isn't fit for aminals let alone a human being ..
