From out of town. Owner should consider putting a sign up for nobody under 18 if she’s going to follow people around like common thieves just because they have a child with them. Btw most people don’t mind paying if their child breaks something. Poor excuse for terrible customer service. The rest of the staff was great. Only reason they get two stars. Otherwise, it would be none.

We’re from out of town and wanted to check out a Crystal and rock shop while here. However, we will not be back again. The owner is very unprofessional. We will not be going back. My niece was being watched and had an adults hand while traveling throughout the store. The owner then proceeds to follow her and my mom around the store, treating them as if they were thieves. A sign should be up if they don’t want children in the store. The owner then proceeded to tell my mom that “she should really watch her” with an attitude, because she was touching the kids toys. My mom and niece then leave the store. I went and asked the owner very politely to talk to her. I asked her what had happened and why she had an attitude and asked if anything could have been done, she then tells me “she’s the owner and can go attend to her customers as needed” and that “if my niece were to break something and hurt herself because of her broken table, we’d be mad at her”. I explained that she was being watched and that I just was told she was being rude. She then continues to yell at me and say “I don’t know what to tell you”, I simply said “I’m not sure either but you’re getting an attitude with me right now”. She walks away and SCREAMS at me saying “BECAUSE THIS IS RIDICULOUS”, so I scream back that it would not be ridiculous if she hadn’t had an attitude when a customer discrepancy is brought up. Customers should be able to bring up problems with owners without them acting in an unprofessional manner. I hadn’t even gotten an attitude back until she screamed at me throughout the store. The worker then locked the door after I left the building like I was going to shoot up the store or something?? I was simply leaving. They will not be getting our service again, that’s for sure. People who don’t know how to work customer service should simply not work customer service.

This place is great! just moved here from Chicago and so happy to find a store that has it all. The girl that waited on us was so helpful, and really knew what we were after. We picked up some beautiful geodes for our new house. We will be coming back. Thanks Alecia!

Staff is so nice and helpful. Basically you will fine what your looking for specially if it is incense. Some items though I feel like the prices are to expensive but then again it's all hand made
