It's been 2 years since I posted my first review of this office, and now I'm back with an update! Medical assistants are still amazing! Very informative and caring. The wait time has been reduced dramatically and the new doctor we saw today was amazing! He took the time to sit down and ask me about my concerns for my children and he was so good with them- even though they definitely made him work. I feel much more comfortable bringing my kids here for care. Thank you!

My son have been going here for 7 year and I have not had one problem with this place until now. These new employees or rude & disrespect. One thing I don't play about is my child. I called because my child was sick they tell me they can't see him because he's sick. So I ask to speak with manger and they gave the phone to a nurse ask her way my child couldn't come in way he sick see said can I help you. && I said I just ask you a question she said she can't answer that question what you like. Then I ask for a manger she hang up.

Dr. B at the Cliffdale/Brookstone location has been great with our daughter! She's overall a bit of a fussy baby but she's always let him examine her no problem, so he's clearly good with kids!
