One of the best Doctor office experiences I have ever had. Every staff member was personable and helpful. The wait time was short and Doctor Barwick was the best. He spent time answering every question that I had. Definitely worth the drive from Greenville to Washington.

I had a great experience with Dr. James and Dr. Jennifer. The only thing i dont like is some of the nurses they half of the time they will not call me back or just hang up on me. Not professional at all. Rude to me every time I call makes me ill. Im still hurt and they dont understand my pain. Im the least of their worries. Other than that great physician office. Thanks alot Dr. James and Dr. Jennifer great doctor's.

Had a PKR in Feb, 2018. I was told the other knee would need a replacement in 6 months to a year. Returned prior to Aug, 2018, again almost unable to walk and the Dr looked at the x-rays, then turned to me and asked "Why didn't we do them both at the same time?" So, PKR in Aug. Near the end of November I fell at home - hard! On both knees. I was alone and had great difficulty getting back up - I could not bear the pain of the pressure on either knee. I delayed calling Vidant Ortho for a couple of days but I was in pain and concerned about what damage may have been done. When I did call they refused to see me then, refused to work me in, scheduled an appointment rather far out. After 12 days (Dec 10, 2018) I could no longer bear the pain and went to Vidant Urgent Care (Dr Cook) in Washington. She had x-rays done and reported that the knee cap was not cracked, put a long ace bandage on for the swelling, and prescribed. I was again dependent upon a cane and in constant pain. Near the date of my scheduled appt with Vidant Ortho, that office contacted me and wanted to schedule for later. I refused and canceled that appointment completely. I felt like they'd gotten the money for the surgery and then had no more concern for my well-being. I do not recommend this office. UPDATE***I had a year's end follow-up due on my last PKR scheduled in September - appt made more about a year in advance. I recently received a phone call asking to reschedule that for later, the Dr had made other plans. Well...

Very nice and professional. Have not had to wait any large amounts of time to be seen. All my questions were answered with genuine concern.
