Update insurance was automatically added at $34 a month without being advised by the rep, im assuming for commission or goal purposes. I called att to correct this and they only provided a 50% refund. —— My husband and I went to upgrade our phone the other day at this location. After spending 3 hours on the phone with AT&Ts sorry excuse for their main customer service line we got fed up and went in. I wish we would have just done this initially. Rueben had both of us upgraded and was not pushy about upsells in 20 minutes. Low pressure, fast and friendly service.

Pier is simply amazing! His knowledge and customer service is beyond exceptional! Took my son’s phone in for an issue, late Sunday, and the issue was resolved in less than 10 mins, whereas I tried a different location and was completely disappointed with the customer service!5 stars for pier all the way!

Let me just say that Luis and Refugio were the ones who helped me, and I want to especially thank Refugio for helping me out. He answered all of my questions patiently and professionally, making me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Ultimately I decided to switch carriers and take advantage of some deals on offer. Will update in a few months for those interested in info on swapping carriers (previously was with TMobile then the 5g transition was botched on their end, imho). Update— Just a couple weeks from purchase and I can say that I feel swindled. A lot of the assurances regarding the deals I was getting were not upheld, and my bill and overall experience has cost me more than I was told. I won't call out anyone individually because this is a team effort, as everyone I spoke with quoted me on a price. Needless to say, I will simply cancel my deal and move to MINT MOBILE. I have a few friends who made the switch and are happier now. Yes, there are sacrifices to be made, but nothing major, although everyone has to weigh their own circumstances and make their own decision. good luck, but be forewarned that this place will lie to you simply to get a deal and that's just sad.

The Covid practices contain the 6 feet distance and face masks 😷 are enforced. Upon getting assistance from an associate there will be a thick plastic window in between for added safety measures.
