We were on the schedule TWICE for them to come out to the house and BOTH times they never showed up. Even after calling and to find out when they’d arrive, nothing was done fix their ineptitude.

Tell them that I was driving 2 hours to get to the house. So they suggested a early morning appointment. So I hot the road at 6AM so I could be there. What a wasted day I had waiting for them in a hot house. They never called to say that they was running behind. I had to call them twice. Finally they said they can't give me an estimated time when they would show up. What I don't understand is why waste a client's time making an appointment if they don't show up. Last time I checked morning did not end at 2PM. Lack of communication and very unprofessional
