Does v.r. help with umbilical surgery? Also, do v.r. help with blindness and eye Impairment?

VR helps people with disabilities find and keep employment. The need for umbilical surgery by itself would not be considered a disabling condition. If you had another disability and also needed to find/keep a job they *might help you- but they can't open a case with you just to do that surgery. Hope that helps! You would need to call Div of Services for the Blind for help with Blindness.
