Total misinformation - I was told three different stories by the same person and all three times the story was different from the one before - typical. Do yourself a favor get online and educate yourself on Social Security Retirement, Medicare Part A and Part B .... you'll be better off...!

Hats off to this office!!!!!! Called them after being on hold for ONE HOUR with new Bern and no answer. This office is VERY professional, know what they're , pleasant to work with. Answered my question, fixed the problem, done in 25 minutes including hold time. Cannot say enough about how great it was to get such quick and efficient service!!! THANKS Kinston!!!!

From now on I’m calling this office rather than the New Bern office. The difference in service was so much better than in NB. Not only was the man I spoke to extremely polite, he understood the urgency of my situation and helped me get exactly what I needed…all in less time than I would have been on hold at the NB office. I would give zero stars if it was possible someone needs to train them on how to pick up a phone every time I try to go up there they tell me I can’t come in without a appointment but then every time I try to call it’s either the line is busy or I get put on hold for hours until I finally hang up like they’re are people out here struggling because they can’t get what they need from social security like how hard is it todo your job .

I don't understand how a person can leave one county and have 770 a month and go to another county and they want to Drop my son money to 514 a month and he is not working!!! I thought that they supposed to do that if he is working but he is not!!!!!!???? How can they go backwards!!!!!! 🤔🤔🤔🤔😨😨😨 what can I do or who can I talk to about that???
