The interior is nice (even though the 1 bedroom is a rip off). However, the leasing office staff are TRASH. The do not care about tenants at all, the hours are impractical if you have a job or have class all day and wanna pick up YOUR packages. They are not efficient or seem like they go above and beyond at all.

My experience with Evolve was TERRIBLE. I hate to leave such poor reviews, but I felt this one was needed. To begin, I toured at Evolve--as well as three other properties-- as part of their "apartment hop". Upon arriving, my boyfriend and I--both African-American-- entered an empty leasing office where we waited half an hour before anyone helped us. When someone finally arrived, we were rudely asked why we were there as if we were bothering them. We then filled out our guest cards and were taken on a very brief tour. The apartment was modern, but the prices were extremely unreasonable considering the bathrooms are communal. The conversation was also brief and snappy. We did not feel welcomed at all. After completing the tour, I was told the prize for the apartment hop would be new Airpod Pros. I was elated when I received a phone call later in the month being notified that I won the prizes for each property. When it was time to collect my prize from Evolve, the front-desk person had no idea what I was talking about and told me a manager would call me back. A month passed before I called again. I was then told "The best I can do is a t-shirt and a gift-card." They then proceeded to tell me that they had no record of me touring, that I lied about touring and that I had not won despite having evidence that I did tour the property. I tried to provide proof and had the person hang up in my face. When I did pick up my prize, I was given a used t-shirt and a $10 gift card. The management was terrible and incredibly rude. If I could give negative stars on this review I would. I would NEVER lease at Evolve. 10/10 would not recommend (especially for people of color)
