Old guy who owns this place has a nasty temper and is terribly hostile. He yelled and cussed me out in front of the entire staff for something that was in no way my fault. I was doing exactly as instructed on my work order. Can't imagine how he treats staff behind closed doors...

I had an issue with dosing of my prescribed medication that turned out to be a manufacturing defect in the delivery apparatus. Once discovered they not only explained the defect, assured me no harm was done , apologized sincerely, and made it right—and then some! No defensiveness, no bull. I wish all businesses were like that!

I used this pharmacy until the manufacturer stopped supplying them with my medication. I was unaware they no longer carried my medication until I tried to refill it. Is it too much trouble to notify people you no longer have their medicine instead of letting them find out when they run out. It's a good thing you people are 5 hours away from me. Wouldn't be surprised if all the manufacturers stop selling to MCSP.

Don't waste your money at the big name pharmacies! This is an amazing pharmacy and the staff is very helpful and responsive. The word "Specialty" is perfect for them because they have things you can't find in other pharmacies in town. Great people, great service, great products and they are LOCAL, which is why my family will continue to support this place!
