I just got off the phone with I believe her name is Darcey? I was calling in regards to a prescription that needs to be filled and was a bit confused about the process. She answered my questions with a tone of uncertainty. That wasn’t what made me leave this low review, it was that she believed she had hung up and I heard her mockingly explain to her coworker what our conversion was about.. super unprofessional if you ask me. Make sure to hang up the phone before making fun of customers concerns.

This pharmacy is a 5-star pharmacy because of the highest level of hard work ethic and professionalism that a pharma-tech named Margaret possesses. Kudos to whoever is responsible for hiring her and as a word to the wise, they'd best be compensating her very well in order to keep her there as the example she sets as a team leader to the others! Bravo Margaret, BRAVO!!
