Despite some common misconceptions, physical therapy is NOT just for rehabilitation for a recent surgery (though it is a great tool for recovery). Physical therapy is equally significant in building strength and improving posture and prevention. At FYZICAL, we work closely with our patients to help reduce the risks of things like falls due to poor balance, dizziness or vertigo, or other ailments.
