I'm giving this place three stars, reasons being: it's probably how the script is but the hostess asked if we had a reservation at lunch time! with multiple tables opened, or was she putting us in our place by us wearing t-shirts and jeans, saying we don't belong, whatever, don't care. Second, too loud, the music was too high. Third, the food, I'd describe it as being pretentious bar food with flowery and colorful descriptions that costs way too much. It's a burger with bacon jam, tasted good, but not worth the price. And what's so special about arugala?! It's a leaf. Is spinach not good enough? Anyhow, if you want to impress your date, I'm sure this is a great restaurant to take them. Oh, the wait staff was on par, very attentive. Thank you.

Fine dining at it's best. Amazing service and even better food. An experience you'll enjoy and remember. Reservations are highly recommended for supper.

AMAZING, so very happy that 247 Craven has been "revived" and New Bern has a restaurant that will keep you coming back again and again! Exceptional service and food. Small eclectic menu that changes frequently.

I mean it's NOT bad,but it's not great either. It's just MEH. The servi e outstanding but the food isn't worth the price. I really really wanted to like this place, but underwhelmed is the perfect word to describe the food. AGAIN service was outstanding hence the 3 stars.
