Why are you charging people on fixed incomes $12 per day x 5, which is $60 per week x 4 which is $240 per month??? This is unconscionable. People taking your services are already at an economic disadvantage and here you are taking advantage of a desperate situation. It doesn't cost $240 to buy a bus pass. What would Jesus do? NOT what JCATS IS DOING TO THESE POUR SOULS. Raleigh charges $40 FULL FARE for a 31 DAY BUS PASS, $20 for REDUCED FARE. JCATS, you are overcharging the people who need it most. You can LIE about maintenance fees, blah, blah, blah. Really, your CEO is a GREEDY PERSON TAKING EXTREME ADVANTAGE OF THE NEEDY.

If you have an appointment at 1pm they try to call and tell you they need to pick you up at 8am so it's convenient for the driver when your insurance company tells you an entire different time also with this current pandemic everyone should have a mask on but on their transportation services that's NOT the case when you call their office ALL the staff has an attitude if you don't like your job stay at home
