I would give less if I could. These crooks took 164$ out of my account AFTER I requested my card info be removed from autopay… And 4 days after I moved out! Terrible place to do business!

I would give zero stars if I could. We 'reserved' a unit to put items in on 5/22. When we arrived at the facility, the office was closed, although the gate was open. I called the customer service # and after being on hold for 20 minutes was finally connected to a person. I was told that unless you actually 'rent' (as opposed to 'reserve') online you cannot access the unit when the office is closed. Note that there was nowhere on the website to indicate that I would not have access on 5/22. His solution was for me to go online and actually 'rent' (and thus pay for) a unit so I could get immediate access. I could not do this for the site where I was, because apparently I had 'reserved' the last unit of that size and so there was nothing available. So.... he finds me an available unit 20 minutes away, and I go online to 'rent' that one. Great. Done. I fill in all the required e-signatures, but never receive a unit number or access code. Then the line is disconnected. He has my phone number but does not call me back. So I call again, and sit on hold for another 20 minutes and reach a different person who has no clue what has been happening. She tells me that I will have to wait for the office of the 2nd location to open before I can be given an access code to get in. Which of course means that I am in no better shape than I was before! She finally did give me an access code for the gate - but there was no gate, just a door. She insists the code is for the gate, and oh by the way, "I cannot guarantee that this code will work." So they have my money, they have my reservation, AND they have my rental. I have no storage unit. We asked to speak to a supervisor and the response was that the site office is closed on Sunday so there is no supervisor - NO..... we did not want the site manager, we wanted to speak to someone where she was, at corporate, (we went round and round about this for 15 minutes) before being told "they may not be available." I finally hung up. Follow up 6/3/22: The company never did follow up with me. I was also never refunded the money I paid to 'rent' a storage unit I never got access to. Thinking of contacting the BBB.
