Postman is suddenly refusing to deliver any packages that can't fit in my mailbox due to "no secure location, despite having delivered packages all 2022. I believe a new person has been hired and is too lazy to pull down our driveway especially since I frequently receive other neighbor's mail due to negligence. Even after verifying that I'm home to receive package and package can be left either in front or back the redelivery request was still ignored. Had to retrieve my packages from the location (8 months pregnant) and left my contact information for the manager of the location. I still have not received any communication. This past Wednesday makes the 4th time this has happened. I have filed a complaint with the postmaster general as USPS cannot refuse delivery of the mail for no just cause.

I live off a main road, and its too much for them to deliver packages. I cringe everytime I see USPS is delivering because they dont want to deliver the packages!! Funny how amazon never fails, UPS never fails, even DHL doesnt fail. However USPS fails every single TIME!! I just want my packages. Not everyone works for the federal government and can be off before the unreasonable time of 4PM....
