The food was ok. I didn't have to wait very long.. The person at the window was rude as usual. I wouldn't recommend this Burger King to anyone who has trouble following cues since most of the employees give you no direction when you go through the drive thru. They hand you food and shut the window without a word or indication that they've given you everything. They lock their doors whenever they want. If you're planning on dining in, you should call first and ask if they're allowing it.

Preordered and paid online. Pulled into parking lot and tried to run in to grab our order and door was locked. Staff was hanging out inside ignoring me knocking on the door. Finally got someone to come to the door and informed them I was there to pick up an order. The manager told me to pull around the drive thru. I told her that wasn’t an option since we are a big vehicle and won’t clear the drive thru. She was very rude and told me to walk around to the drive thru window just to hand me my food. It was very dangerous considering cars could not see me standing in the drive thru as they came around the corner. Then to top it off the food was cold and very bland tasting. Fries were soggy and cold with no salt. The amount of people who tried to walk in just to realize the door was locked and left was astonishing.

Literal worst Ch’King Sandwich we’ve ever had. We can usually count i. Thoroughly enjoying burger kings new hand breaded chicken sandwich, but this was the only time we have been disappointed. They also asked us multiple times if we would like spicy sandwiches, we said no each time and still somehow ended up getting just that. The staff CLEARLY does not care. The real tragedy is that both of our sandwiches were so dry and disgusting that we’re probably not going to be able to eat another anytime soon 🤢. RIP

Save yourself the trouble by skipping Burger King and go to Sonic instead. I paid $4.59 for this mess of a whopper. They should fire the entire staff and close this Burger King Down!
