I’m supposed to get serviced every Wednesday they don’t ever come on the service day and there’s weeks that they don’t show up at all you call to complain and all they do is say well I will pass it to my supervisor and hang up the phone very rude unprofessional

Signed up as new customer a week ago. Was told on multiple occasions by email and phone that a trash bin would be delivered. Then was given an excuse that they’re finding it difficult to deliver a bin and it would be an additional five days at earliest. Called in to cancel service before it begins and was told they can’t (or should I say won’t) refund money paid for a service they have yet to provide. Needless to say, corporate has been contacted as well as Better Business Bureau. As a service member new to the area, I’ll be sure to pass along how you conduct business and be sure everyone knows to stay away from using you.
