I would check the site mentioned above on the other hand I would also say that if you go there and none is currently using it, feel free to use it but be ready to move if a reserveation shows up

My daughter has taken my granddaughter to the restroom on two different occasions a Sunday and Tuesday and they were open. Many other mother's were taking their daughters also before and after, no problems that we have encountered.

The shelter can be rented for parties, so if you just show up and start grilling you might be kicked out before your steak is done unless you reserve the shelter in advance.
