Dr Valerie Buffalo refused to see my son Sunday. We had went Thursday he tested positive for mono. Sunday he was worse. She sent a nurse out to tell me she wasn't going to see him is a virus to not waste her time. Very professional hmmm. Thursday i also asked for a wheelchair bc my son is a bigger boy stumbling couldn't keep his balance and she apparently thought it was my problem and refused. I thought it was against the law to refuse care???? I can't get a person on the phone at the medical board so not sure who to report her to. Hopefully her neglect of patients won't lead to serious harm injury or death. Stay away from. The healthplex

Immediate care is pointless for people that work. They don't do x-rays on the weekend. They say on the phone they close at 6 but they stop taking people and the xray people leave at 4.

I’ve only been there 3 times, doctors have been great each time but the receptionist is awful! She is not polite at all! Very short with you and just had a bad attitude and that is very unprofessional!

No they aren't having phone issues they just NEVER answer the phone. You have to call back-to-back to get an answer.

According to the website they have several different specialist at the Vidant Healthplex. It looks like they may split time between Greenville, Wilson and other offices. There is a list of PA's, doctors and specialists on the website.
