These people don't take their profession serious. Most are on a power struggle do not have their client's best interest. April Snead, Wendy Stanton, Kimberly McRae, and Folana Jackson are the absolute worst social workers to work with. Kim and Folana are very unprofessional and passive-aggressive behaviors noted. Unapproachable attitudes as they don't like to feel as if someone is telling them how they should do their job. Wendy didn't want to do her job to get her team in line, and April being aware of everything going on and she never reached out once to discuss anything. They all need to find something else to do because caring for those who can't advocate for themselves is not something they are good at. Utilizing chain of command with them and allowing them the opportunity to "do their job" led to a horrible outcome for my loved one, but they were the better option to care for her? NOT!!!! The system failed my grandmother and I won't let up until something changes so others won't have the same outcome as my grandmother!!!!!

When calling they say someone will call with 24hr. Well I didn’t receive a call until an email was sent to the person over social service. No one ever answers the phone and never calls back. They ask for info and when given they still do not get back to you to let you know anything. Some of the workers need to do better.
