I had one of the worst experiences at this Vape store! After walking in and being a loyal customer every time I’m in there I was sending a text to my grandmother when the staff behind the counter yelled at me and told me that I’m not allowed to be on my phone… Keep in mind I am not bothering anybody there’s nobody in the store but me and I’m buying stuff… She rudely tells me that there’s no cell phone use at all and I tried to explain to her there’s no recording in the building I’m not recording I am not on a audio device I am sending a text. Also when I brought up the fact that I’ve been in there before and nobody has ever said anything to me like that except for her she laughed and told me how she’s the only one who’s been working there when that’s not even the case! I do not recommend this Vape store because of their customer service I do feel like I was racially profiled.
