My 8 year old daughter wanted Red Robin for her birthday dinner tonight. When we got home with dinner my daughter’s dinner wasn’t in the bags. After calling the restaurant the girl said they were out of corn dogs…did they call us upon learning they didn’t have any…no they did not. The manager never even called us back. Way to ruin her birthday day dinner!!! This restaurant has really gone downhill!

Somebody needs to fire the manager. He keeps hiring barely legal girls to host and they are totally incompetent. One of the worst managed restaurants I've ever been to. Wait took forever and the food was cold and don't get me started on that lying hostess about why they can't get food out of their kitchen. If they can't handle customers orders then stop accepting orders. Whatever they are doing isn't working the question is why haven't they figured that out yet. I will never spend a dollar at this restaurant and I'll tell anyone who asks me about it exactly how I feel about it.

First time being here, my partner and I got seated right away which was nice. Sat at the bar and connor our bartender got our drinks right away. He checked on us once n didn't come back to ask us if we were ready to order he went to everyone else but us, we waited 15 mins while we waited for him to come over and ask if we were ready to order. Another guy came in after us and left before us, before we got our food order taken. After waiting conner asked if we wanted another drink, my partner said yes but said were ready to order too. We shouldn't have to ask conner saw we were ready but didnt bother coming over for a long time. Bad customer service. Great food, but my partner didn't get the right side order he asked for. Was not impressed at all.
