If you book a room here go through the hotel directly. My wife booked a room through booking app and when we got there to check in. They sold our room and her card was charged. Also needs more professional front desk clerks.

Positive: I have nothing positive to say about this hotel or this experience. Negative: I arrived at hotel at 2am after delayed flights. Woman at desk told me I don¿t have a reservation because she has no rooms. It was 2am. Not a good area and had no where to go. I was dropped by Uber and had to walk to a different hotel.

In reading the reviews, it is clear management does not care because people are reporting the same issues years later. If you can avoid staying here, please do. The rooms are very outdated and could use some serious TLC. The owner should take some of its profits and reinvest in this place. I'd imagine if they paid their employees fair wages, there wouldn't be such a high turnover and perhaps the staff would be a little more friendly. This is not the hotel to come to if you are on vacation. The pictures on the website are DECEIVING.

First off, I got the scariest introduction by the manager on duty saying to thoroughly check the room before you confirm. The room isn't perfect, but it's doable. There's a notification on the desk in the room saying pest control will start this week. I've been here for five days now and roaches come out at all times of the day. It doesn't matter how clean I keep the room. Today, I come back to the room and there are roaches in my bed and I made it up. For over 500 dollars a week, I deserve not to have roaches in my bed. This is deplorable and depressing. Don't rent from here!!
