CNA's should be paid more. They do vitals and a lot more task then they should. Start the CNA's out at 17 dollars an hour. Dont Accept less.

There isn't a beauty shop per say, but there is a room where hair is cut. There is a gal that comes in to do nails once a week and there is a different gal that comes to cut hair every so often. There is also a barber that comes every so often.
Yes they do, but you have to sign an agreement and give them a deposit.
