Found this place on a road trip to Houston. The food was so good we stopped twice to have breakfast. To the Owner please consider bringing this to the Northern Virginia area (DMV)

Please extend the same customer service to ALL races of people. For example: Ask all of your customers if they are rewards/points members and if they are not would they like to join. Been to this place 3x and they never asked a certain …We are floored by these comments. We are actually a very diverse company made up of many races and lifestyles and we are committed to spread good vibes to ALL of our customers. We are pretty certain this a training issue as we had similar feedback the same day from another customer regarding our employee not knowing our rewards system. Also, we do not offer paper receipts as a matter of course- usually as we try to do everything paperless. But it is never too late to get a receipt or have it texted, so again is probably a training issue. But, we want to fully explore your comments as we are very upset to hear this is how you feel your experience was. And, we want to watch the film so if there is anything inappropriate we can fix it. Loving that they still have pumpkin specialties even this far after “Fall” 😋🍁☕️ Especially the Bowl with bananas, almonds, cinnamon & chocolate chips (on the side).
