Went in about 10:30 this Tuesday morning. Was immediately helped by Tony. I had a complex situation involving a new iwatch, a switch to my husband iwatch and a send one iwatch in for trade in. Then activating an iPhone X (husband needed to get off old 8 and use the X) with an iwatch. Tony understood and had me out the door all synced, paired, transferred in 30 minutes !! He was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience.

They may have an inhouse expert, otherwise it might be an option to send the xbox to one of microsofts repair hubs, definitely worth calling though. I would likely offer a sweet deal on an xbox, one i think. It has all my junķ on it though, the 360s are relatively simple, have yet to see or play the new one. Happy gaming my friend.
