Clean gym, 24 hr gyms are a blessing. Equipment in decent condition. The key card is convenient and staff are professional. I don't mind paying what it costs to be a member.

I usually go to atc fitness between 11pm and 12pm and the place is empty. They offer all the necessary equipment to hit all the muscle groups. From treadmill to free weights I enjoy the variety and 24/7 service provided.

I believe children or young adults younger than 16 need to be accompanied by an adult. I have not seen anything on age restriction.
