Update 4/28/22 - My order today was so fresh and hot that I had to let the chicken cool down first! And this is coming from someone that loves steam coming off his food. I also have to up their order accuracy score to 95%. They've only gotten one order wrong on the past couple of months, and they immediately made things right. I highly recommend this location, especially so if you haven't had good KFC in a long time. Don't be afraid if the line is short, either. Your food will still be high quality! Original review: This KFC has been consistently good with their food quality. But make sure that your order is correct before you drive off. I rate them 100% on food quality, 90% on order accuracy, and 80% on speed of service. But with their food always so good, I can overlook the other stuff and still rate them 5 stars.

This location is in Lakeland, TN on US64. Unbeknownst to me, the young man working the drive thru decided to short my change of the pennies. When I realized it, he informed me that they were out of pennies and weren't even supposed to take cash, but card only. I insisted on my correct change because 1) Short the company not the customer for it's your mgr that neglected to get the proper weekend change order from the bank 2) Inform the customer when they are placing the order that correct change or card is required 3) Never be sarcastic or show anger because the customer is not sympathetic to your troubles, after all, it is the customer's money. Before leaving, to help him learn from this incident, I did tell the young man he should tell people in the beginning about any inconveniences they may be experiencing.
