Dr. Zinnanti is quite charming but don’t let that convince you that he does his homework. We had 3 -15 minute sessions with him and he charges $350 a session. He was supposed to read a scan at the 2nd session but he didn’t for some reason. I thought he would have read his notes and been prepared for the 3rd session but he wasn’t. Very charming but not thorough. When I asked about the scans he got flustered and realized he had no clue. To his credit he did call me following the appt. To apologize and tell me about the scans. Be your own advocate with this guy.

Dr Zinnanti is patient, attentive, kind and compassionate about helping people! I learned more in my initial office visit than I have in 5 years and multiple appts with my previous Neurologists in town. I hugged him after my visit and finally feel like I'm getting help. I can't say enough wonderful things about him.

Best doctor that I had. He listens to all the details, and doesn't give up on hard diagnosis.

Sorry that you are having pain. Nerve damage is usually loss of function such as hearing or sensation. You seem to be describing is pain and it sounds like irritation. If this continues consider going to get checked out by ENT
