Got my lashes done maybe a month ago or a little bit over. First time going to this particular place. I travel for work so I appreciated them having quick available appointments to book. My lash tech was great service was good nice and clean. My first lash that was about $100 because I like the more natural look. I tipped my lash tech $30. Unfortunately my lashes started falling off within three days majority of them fell off within less than a week. I took care of them I use high-grade lash soap. Was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

This place is lacking customer service especially Hannah, they store and debit your card even for NON MEMBERS for $169.99 if you cancel no matter the reason sick or not they don’t care!! And if you ask them to refund you they say you may not be a good fit for their service and won’t provide their supervisors information…. I would never recommend this place again. The techs are good yes but the customer service on “policy” is insane. Even doctors don’t charge $170 for a cancellation fee and I only booked for a fil…. I normally don’t post negative comments because I believe people have bad days etc but Amazing Lash in Natomas is not the place to go to again for me and people need to be aware READ THE FINE PRINT They will take your money and you get zero service, member or not and then they treat you horrible when you call about it!!!

I love the Natomas location! Everybody is so on top of everything! And Emily gets to know the clients who come in and out, and greets you with a beautiful! Anabell is my go to stylist, always listens and when I change it up on what I want, Anabell is able to give me exactly what I want! On occasion I have had the other stylists there and they are fantastic as well. I’ve seen other reviews that weren’t kind, but my experiences have always been positive even when there may have been a mistake made.

Yes, but avoid oil-based or waterproof cosmetics. This will help your eyelash extensions last longer. Our lash studio has an Eyelash Foaming Cleanser and makeup designed to keep your lashes looking new and their best for longer.
Absolutely! To help your lashes last longer, be sure to wash them with our Eyelash Foaming Cleanser after a workout or heavy activity. This will remove excess oil around your eyelash extensions.
At Amazing Lash Studio, all of our lash stylists are professionally trained in our proprietary extension application process, in addition to their professional training as a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist. Master and Senior stylists, our most accomplished lash artists, are also available. They are all dedicated to making your lashes look amazing.
Eyelash extension refills take 45-60 minutes. If less than 50% of your lash extensions remain (per eye) you may need to schedule a Full Set instead.
Our lash studio asks that our guests allow 90 minutes to 2 hours for your first full set appointment. If you have lash extensions on currently, please let us know so we can schedule additional time for a lash removal service.
Yes! We have many options for voluminous lashes. We offer our Amazing Volume Classic 3D, 6D, featherweight, and hybrid volume eyelash extensions. Our lash stylists will work with you to give you the perfect dramatic lash look.
To ensure that we have the proper amount of time for each guest, we require that you book an appointment for our lash studio. You may choose your stylist and the time that works best for you. You can also indicate the style of lash extensions you want at that time.
For best results, our lash studio recommends keeping your new lashes dry and avoiding participating in activities with excessive humidity and that cause you to sweat for the first 48 hours after application.
Our lash lifts curl and elevate your natural lashes using a perming solution, and last about 4-6 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle. Our eyelash extensions are individual lashes attached to each of your natural lashes. If you are dreaming of a full and glamorous look, extensions are the best answer to take you above and beyond your natural lashes. We ask that our guests arrive at their appointment with a fresh face. Remove all eye makeup, and avoid using sunscreen or moisturizers. Please don't curl your lashes or wear mascara. Right before the appointment you may be asked to cleanse your lashes with a mild cleanser to remove any leftover oils.
When applied by one of our amazing professionals, eyelash extensions should last the length of the natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes. Depending on your activity and day-to-day routine, most people need refills every 2-3 weeks!
