The food has been decent and good with each visit. Every fastfood place has it's hiccups but Popeyes has been a staple for me when I can't or don't eat KFC. On post be careful around lunch, it gets busy.

Like I want to leave no stars. This is a franchise on a military base. Why can't they stay open or have improved management. If only drive through is open, put a sign on the walk in door. I almost went home hungry if I hadn't checked the second time on the drive through. The wait time is ridiculous, I'd call in the order before going.

I was very disappointed with the service I received, I ordered a 12 piece meal and made the mistake of trusting the folks to prepare my box appropriately only to get home and discover I had a box of all dried breast no wings no legs no thighs! I tried calling local site as well as number on ticket, I left a message on local site phone no return call and no answer. I came to the store requesting to speak to mgr waited 20 mins. and never got to talk with the manager. I left the store because I didn’t want to cause a scene, this is absolutely unacceptable and I am very disappointed. Customer service here has a lot to improve on. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

The manager was trying but the place was out of bread, out of fish, out of cocktail sauce- the biscuits werent fresh or brushed with deliciousness. The lady that was taking orders at the counter made countless mistakes and does it nearly every time we go. I understand mistakes happen but taking orders is not what she should be doing. She messed up several orders while we were there. It is hard because it is a convnient place to go but the service is pretty rough.
