Very nice RV park, lots of pull through spaces, slightly expensive. Very nice clubhouse, pool, bathrooms, and laundry. About an hour from Monterey and lots of attractions. I would have given this place the full 5 stars, but the wifi internet was pretty much useless. Cell service isn't very good either.

We enjoyed Yanks RV Resort very much. Got a space during the Labor Day weekend and had a very pleasant stay here. The space was large enough to accommodate my tow vehicle and my 40ft total length travel trailer. This place is really clean. Its located in a small town, but still have civilization within a 5 minute drive. Lots of long-term residents, but they all keep this place clean and appealing to visitors. Wifi was strong enough for me to stream movies on my smart tv during the less users hours. The dog park was clean as well. It also has a grassy areas for the kids to play on. If youre looking for a clean place to stay at, Yanks is definitely recommended! We had great cell service as well (Verizon and T-Mobile)

Yanks is mostly for RVers who are traveling. Not really a residence park. Great dog park!
They seem to have a pretty regular and steady staff. Great team
No playground ,heated pool all year, with hot tub, outside lounge area w fireplace andheaters are available. There is also a dog park dog wash. This place is very clean and friendly.
There are three different type of sites. Different prices. Sorry, but don't remember the specific rates.
