This gym charges $75 a month for a membership with a one time fee, and another yearly fee.. for what? Access to weights? You guys are way over priced and offer way to little, trying to build more locations to justify that price as well is like ridiculous I don't care about that or having 24/7 access to a gym, I care that you are more than double any other gym in town and have less room, less weights, no pool.. better than LA ? Solid doubt my dude I could pay for 5 of their memberships for the price of two of yours and have access to way more.. you are charging that price without offering a better deal in any way shape or form.

Been a member for almost a year now. Easily the best gym I've ever worked out in. I used to watch youtube videos of the best gyms in the world being jealous I could never experience them, now i got one of those gyms in my backyard.

Unfortunately we don’t currently offer classes at this time. Our instructor took some time off due to work obligations.
They are open, but they are restricted. At this time, they are not allowing new memberships or guests to come in. So if you have a membership, just swing by. I'm not sure about to spotting, but most equipment have safety features. So wether you're squatting, benching, or what have you there will be assistance around for you.
They do have a shower, but they don't provide towels
Yes, we have a wide variety of cardio equipment consisting of bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, rowers, etc. Both locations have Echo Bikes (Manassas also has an Assault Bike)
