There is zero competency with the staff “working” at this place. Stood in line for over 30 minutes waiting for an employee to come up and help the 15 people standing in line, then when someone did finally come up they said absolutely nothing to anyone until someone went up there and had to beg for any information about our flight, which happened to be delayed, which nobody was informed about. Our plane never landed the night before our flight, but for some reason we were told that our flight was still on time until we arrived at the airport at 7 am to find out that there wasn’t even a plane for us to get on, after calling the airline before leaving the house and them saying everything was still on time. If you are able to go somewhere else to fly, please consider it before wasting your time with this “staff”.

Very disappointed with my experience. Thought it was going to be easy and convenient, but arrived right on time hoping to get help checking in since my phone looked like it was locked out from early check in. Front desk gal was very rude and purposefully made me miss my flight before being willing to help me with my check in struggles. No plans to use this airport in the future.

No, skywest Flys out of watertown to Denver, then pretty much anywhere from there. They'll be starting a Chicago run September 1st
