Not impressed with your call center! It took two calls to try placing an order that you had a coupon for . We were told that we had to make this order on line which we attempted only to be told there was a “technical difficulty”. On the second call, we were connected with the store in town only to be told that coupon didn’t exist. I did try the order one more time and it finally did go through! We were ordering this as we came into town, Ended up canceling the order, going home as we were on our way down to the store, tried re-ordering it once we got home! So now I have another trip out to go pick up pizza as the coupon went through the second time it’s kind of a waste of my time as well as yours! There seems to be a definite lack of communication between your call-center and your stores in your online coupon processing . Definitely room for improvement!!

I ordered from our local store, was told roughly 31 minutes. It took an hour and a half to get two sandwiches. They arrived cold. When i called the store i was hung up on. When i called back again i was on hold for 15 minutes, after someone finally answered i asked to speal to the manager. The manager is who hung up on me previously. He proceeded to swear at me and hang up again. We order feom here frequently, however after this service we will no longer be doing so.

What a mess. Waited 90 min no pizza delivered even though it says they did. Can't get through to talk to anyone .... Sooo we paid for pizza, got nothing and call center just keeps sending us to a line that never answers. Seriously disappointed !!

Great service when you can get a hold of them. Their number isn't for the actual store, it sends you to their call center. So if you're from out of town it is next to impossible to get a hold of them which is very frustrating. That being said Steve is the best domino's worker I've ever experienced.

When you ask questions here, more than likely they won't get to the company you're asking about. Best thing to do is ask the company directly.
