It's all fried in the same oil, I believe. Cause it all taste the same... 😄

Is it common practice to make the customer who orders a 20 piece chicken nugget first in the drive through wait in parking lot to serve the car that ordered second only because they ordered less. Bad business.

Not typically, 20 nuggets isn't a lot of food...50 nuggets yes. Unless of course they were out of nuggets and had to cook a fresh batch, highly unlikely though.
