Usually this place is OK, we order from here pretty frequently because my family has a major sweet tooth and this is the closest place to get fro-yo. They have messed up our orders a few times, not the end of the world. We’ve grubhubbed from here a lot and it’s fairly common for the lids to be popped off and fro-yo leaking in the bag, but I suppose that could be due to transport so I’ve always been like, eh, I guess that’s what I get for being lazy and not going to pick it up myself. So tonight we ordered from them, 4 smalls and had it delivered. When it got here first of all there were only 3 in the bag. Looking at the receipt there were only three on there so it wasn’t the driver, Yogurt Mill just only gave us 3 for some reason. The three that were delivered were like… close to what we ordered but not quite right? And when we went back to check our Grubhub order to see if maybe we made a mistake, nope, it had 4 orders and three were sort of close to what we got? We tried to call them and no answer. I mean I get they are probably busy and honestly if the orders had just been a bit off I would’ve figured maybe they were just out of some of the ingredients and moved on with my life, but why on earth did they only send 3??? Someone else’s order perhaps? That somehow still had my husbands name written on both the bag and receipt? I can’t say I’ll never order from them again but I’ll probably go in person to make sure I actually get something close to what I ordered.
