My girlfriend and I stopped in yesterday. We’re visiting the town and decided to check out some of the dispensaries. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who took our ID’s and information to set us up for the loyalty program. While she was doing that, she told us a little bit about the company. Then we were greeted by our bud tender Nick on the sales floor. Nick thoroughly explained all the strains we asked about through flavor profile, effect, and strength. He was very informative about the new select gummies that are fast acting. It was a very nice experience having a budtender who wasn’t just trying to upsell on the latest and greatest products and really just wanted you to have a positive experience with cannabis. You can really tell nick cares about his customers. And I’ll definitely come back next time I come to town all because of nick. We even checked out the dispensary across the street, BE provisioning. And although it wasn’t a negative experience, it wasn’t an experience that stands out. It kinda just seemed like they wanted me to buy something and go on my way. Where as at sunset coast, they genuinely seem like they’re okay with talking to you and slowing down their day to get to know you a little bit more. 10/10
