It's the first time to visit this office, for my 2:30 appointment yesterday. Everyone in the clinic left an excellent impression on me. The front desk, doctors, hygienists, and the insurance girl were very polite, professional and conscientious. The one that impressed me the most was Jessica, who took me the X-ray. Jessica was such a delightful person, although she was wearing a mask, you could see the sweet smile on her face through her sincere eyes. Her talking was extremely pleasing. She actually made my day. Thank you so much, Jessica! Thanks, everyone! Strongly recommend!

Horrible place attention those who receive you tell you no mask no service and when they call you they don't even remind you and they don't adjust for masks shoddy job But for the collection it does not matter that you bring a mask

If I could give no stars I would!! They gave me a root canal and never called me back for a crown. Even when I went in they would say they are working on it. NOW they said I must get it extracted and an implant placed. Every time I go in there is also a problem. The operating hours aren’t even correct. Friday it says they close at 6PM, we call they said they closed at 3:30PM. They won’t even take accountability for any of their actions instead say that they are now under new management and it will be different now. My entire mouth is all messed up due to them and they don’t care. They are so unprofessional and definitely need to be SHUT DOWN.

My patience has run so thin with these people constant issues with payment constant late fees because they didn’t process payments properly no communication regarding treatment 3 separate orthodontists in 3 years you would think when a new orthodontist is working on your child you’d be notified my daughter is now 1year past the date they gave to get her braces removed the new date just happens to be the day I pay them off huh sounds fishy to me and you would think they would go over previous treatment plan to make sure it’s accurate i was private pay for ortho but if you have denti cal find another ortho they make you think they are the only option but they are not please run don’t walk away from this company I will say this the new orthodontist at our location has been trying to right these wrong but they never should have happened to begin with I’ll be the first one to sign and I know several other parents of patients that feel this way as well
