Case worker made the situation 10x worse on myself and my children. Completely unprofessional and uneducated smh but the kids did get some gift cards, probably only because she felt guilty and wanted to make herself feel better 🙄 Definitely the wrong field for that person to be working in

Real One

You try to call since that’s the only option you have to make a report when you have kids vandalizing property, causing mischief, and running around in the same dirty clothes for a week but you are on hold for approximately 30 minutes with no answer then the line just disconnects out of no where! They care so little that they want to make sure they don’t even get the reports
