The office girl and technician are both great. The tech was prompt and went above and beyond. My complaint is that they charged me over $300.00 to replace a part that I found out after the fact I could purchase on Amazon for less that $20.00. Never once was I told before the work began what the charge would be. Guess you can no longer trust anyone. They also said they would waive the $125.00 diagnostic charge if they did the work, but no where on the statement does it show that being waived. I wouldn't recommened them to anyone due to their pricing, which appears to be extremally high. Have a huge suspicion due to the heat wave at the time price gouging was into effect. The owner responded to my review stating that due to the cost of items, that's why the cost was so high. Come on, ove $300.00 for a $20.00 part and one hours labor. And like I said before nowhere does the invoice show the $125.00 diagnostic charge was removed.
