I'm not sure as I haven't been in this month and last time ordered out, places have opened up here for inside dining, They may be open, give them a call. I know they are still doing orders to go.
I don't know. From my personal experience it seems like most (99%) of restaurants have gift certificates or something similar.
Not sure if they are open New Years Day. You might have to call them.
