Woman at the front desk was super nice and helpful 👍 room was very clean and didn't smell, made my wife happy 😀 haven't had breakfast yet but overall nicest hotel I've stayed at in quite a while. Will be staying again next week.

Well when we booked we were told we could get a suite for a family of 5, when we checked in we were told no suites at that hotel when clearly there was. Then we were on the 2nd floor but the clerk at the desk told oh no we don’t have a second floor and I was like yes you do, so we had to bring up all our luggage and coolers up stairs no elevator either. Bathroom had hair all over the floors and toilet was dirty. Do Not Recommend this hotel. Only good part was the pool.

We checked in and went to our room, it was dirty the sheets were dirty, the bathroom was dirty and the wall frame has prints all over it. We went to the front desk and they changed our room, we decided to give them another chance. We went into another room which was worse microwave dirty, mini fridge dirty, bed sheets stained, bed frame with finger prints all over, the desk full of grease prints, tv dirty, nightstand full of dust and crumbs, drawers full of hair and food from the inside. We talked to the front dest and we asked them to look at the room they came in and said they would clean it, we left to an event and expected to come back to a clean room. We were wrong they did not clean it, our event ended late and we decided to leave. We talked to front desk they said they could not do anything because they could not contact the manager. Looked for near-by hotel but all were booked we had to take the decision of heading home at midnight.

The front desk people were very nice! The location was close to the mall but the rooms were absolutely filthy! Just gross! On top of the room not being cleaned the sheets and towels were dirty. Luckily our room was located near the washer so I just washed them my self . I was worried if I asked for new sheets or towels those would be dirty too. The rooms have an odor. And the hotel is dated . Probably won’t stay again. Wasn’t the worst hotel I stayed at. And it is close to a lot of shopping but I can’t get past the un cleanliness of it.
