Had both my phones 4 1/2 hours and couldn't swap my information they threw me out with my old phone disconnected. Go to Verizon wireless direct store not these wondertards..... Called customer service filed complaint and reconnect my phone. Apparently you must be very nice when they don't know what they are doing. Well his reply was just as I expected he'll always try and turn it around to make it look like he's the good guy whatever take your chances going to this place. Update: went to true a Verizon everything done in 45 minutes 😁
