Our services are often reimbursable by many Long-Term Care Insurance policies. ameriCARE does not bill insurance companies directly. Our clients typically pay the invoices directly to ameriCARE and seek reimbursement from their insurance company. We are glad to provide all required documentation.

We accept credit cards, ACH, and debit cards. Our system allows you to pay right online and you can even split payments with family members. We also have VetAssist for qualifying members. Servicing the entire Silicon Valley area.

Our state-of-the-art system allows complete transparency so you, the family, can see exactly whats happening during every shift with your loved one. This is called the family room. Caregivers use our electronic system to update what happens with clients during their shift.

Each must undergo a rigorous process including a national criminal background checks, local criminal background checks, DMV checks, personal and professional reference checks. All caregivers are bonded and insured for our clients peace-of-mind. We strive to hire the very best, because we only hire people we would want caring for a member of our own family. Our HCA's and CNAs licenses are regulated by the state and complete an annual TB test and CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.

The amount and duration of service is completely at our clients discretion. Home care is available 24 hours per day, seven days a week, on an hourly, overnight, or live-in basis. No contract or long-term commitment.
