Just got my car broken into today and we called the office and asked if they have cameras and they said there is no cameras available in the apartment complex. What kind of huge apartment complex does not have cameras for surveillance??? Apparently, vandalism of your vehicle and car break-in are so common in this apartment complex. I would not recommend for the price your paying for. Not a good neighborhood.

A nice place to live. Pool, free heat, quick maintenance turnaround, wonderful office staff. Excellent location; you're 15 minutes or less for anywhere around GR. Ignore the negative reviews... most of them are from complainers. It's a large complex so there's plenty of space to walk or hike, and the M6 trail is very close. Walking distance to Family Fare, Peppino's, and much more! Edward Rose has been at this a long time and they know what they're doing!

Things started off ok. After a year, our rent would regularly go up $100-$200 a year. The quality of our neighbors were not great. We had teenagers, whom smoked pot all day and listened to music way too loud at all hours of the day, living …Thank you for reaching out, Michelle. Rating should be a zero. They will not help you during a global pandemic to apply for C.E.R.A to pay for rent when you have no job. You'd have to call or visit to find out their current rent prices. Only utility I pay is electric, then my internet bill. You can choose to pay for cable too, but I don't.
Pool passes are free for residents.
No, the apartments aren't smoke free.
