I will be coming back here and only here from now on! This place is gorgeous and so clean, and the owner is an amazing guy! He personally came out and helped me bring my laundry baskets in when he saw me unloading them and helped me set up my first washer. He was very helpful when I called to inquire if the laundry mat was coin operated, and they have an ATM right next to the coin exchange machine. I highly recommend!

Absolutely ridiculous that I was forbidden to dry my clothes because they were already washed. My dryer is broken, not my washer! To be confronted like a criminal and rudely told “you can’t just dry clothes here.” Gladly took my business to Kentwood Laundromat. Clothes dried and on my way in less than 60 minutes. Treat your customers with more respect. Why does it matter if I only need to dry my clothing? It’s till revenue for your business that you have now lost. I will never frequent your facilities again.

Walked in on a very slow day, and told David I had like 7 loads to do, he said I can make that 3. Loaded the 135lbs washer and 2 other larger washers in 5-6 minutes. David put HIS detergent (because I forgot mine) and my fabric softener in for me AND got my change while I was loading my clothes. And that was all I had to do. I told David I’d be back in a half hour to dry and he said come back in an hour and it’ll all be done and dry, just left him with extra for more change. Easily the best experience I’ve had doing laundry. Even offered to help me fold, but I couldn’t accept. If I could rate higher, I would.

Ed has done a fantastic job with this facility and has great hospitality. Wouldn’t take my laundry anywhere else when I’m needing to do multiple loads fast! Clean, new machines, and a super helpful owner.
