Fricano's Pizza

Well tonight was the first time I bought pizza at Fricanos. Not great by any means. The sauce was at best... Blanned. I asked for mushrooms.. they must be super expensive because they barely put mushrooms on my pizza. The pie was burnt rather well but the sausage and bacon were good. The crust was so thin that the toppings just fell off when I would pick up a slice. It would take a miracle to get me to spend my money here again. But to each his own. Just my opinion on pizza.

The staff and the ambience were great, but the pizza was atrocious. I know this is going to sound like an exaggeration, but it was quite possible the worst I've had. The crust is so far beyond "thin crust" it's closer to paper. The cheese is low quality and the entire pizza is DROWNED in oregano over the top before it's baked. So, not only is the taste overwhelming, but the oregano is also burnt. I hat leaving this review, but I'd want to know before I went.

We went on a Wednesday and they had great specials on wine! The pizza was ok but the chef salad was amazing! We also had the mussels appetizer and the garlic bread that came with that was real good.
